Carriage Charges: Carriage paid on orders over £300 (excluding VAT) Additional costs will be incurred for Highlands and Islands.
Minimum order £100 (excluding VAT) plus £13.00 carriage U.K. mainland only. Additional costs will be incurred for Highlands and Islands.
Discrepancies / Damaged Items: All discrepancies and damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
Risk and Beneficial Ownership: The risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery but equitable and beneficial ownership shall remain with Sawley Fine Arts Limited until full payment has been received. In the event of non-payment the company is entitled to repossess the goods.
New Accounts: All initial orders are pro-forma. All UK credit accounts are subject to the company’s 30 days payment from the end of the month in which goods were invoiced. Terms are Nett.
All overseas accounts are Pro-forma and carraige is charged at cost.
